How does it work?

You can send us the drawing plans via email or through Dropbox (or similar). We will need all the relevant drawings to provide a complete and accurate work. If some details are not available or there are some errors, we will make intelligent assumptions and provide notes for the same.

What are the services you provide?

We provide various architectural services. Primarily construction estimating, BIM modelling, Point cloud conversion, Cad drafting and 3D Modelling.

Will you customize your services for our particular needs?

Yes. We are happy to include or exclude any items you specify. We will also change our default template based on your needs, or use one which you provide.

What is the cost?

We charge our customers on a per man hour basis. Our rates are $10/hour for estimating/take off services. And are $12/hour for other architectural services. You can judge both our work and the time we take by giving us a free trial. We won’t charge you but we will tell you the hours it took. For large projects we can also bid lump sum on request.

To which countries do you provide your services?

We have vast experience in providing material takeoffs for the U.S, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. However, our extensive experience enables us to do work for almost any country.

What is your turnaround time?

Due to a six day workweek and a large team, our turnaround time is very quick. We have an excellent track record of meeting client deadlines.

What Software’s do you use?

We use the following estimating software for our clients: Planswift, On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, ASA Rebar Estimating, RFMS Measure, and other specialized software. We use the following software to provide other architectural services: Auto Cad, Revit and others. See our pages under the Services menu for a more extensive list. We are also happy to use any software that you are currently using to estimate.
